Score Time — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
Score Time is an app for tracking your board game plays, scores, players, and achievements. This policy explains what data the app handles and why.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture to identify your account. We use trusted service providers to handle sign-in and cloud storage on our behalf.
- Your game data. The plays, scores, players, achievements, and any photos you add are stored so they can sync across your devices.
How we use your information
- To let you sign in and keep your data available on your devices.
- To store and sync your game history, scores, and achievements.
- To let you share game data with other players you choose to connect with.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How your data is stored
Score Time is offline-first: your data lives on your device and is synced to secure cloud storage so you don't lose it and are able to access it across devices. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
Sharing
Game data is only shared with other Score Time players when you explicitly choose to connect or share with them.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is kept for as long as you use the app. You can delete your data from within the app, and you may request full account deletion by contacting us at the address below.
Children
Score Time does not specifically target children under 13, though it can be used by people of any age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what is described in this policy. We do not, nor ever will, show adverts.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
